Formación

• Supervisory experience 5-7 years required and Experience working in a healthcare environment 5-7 years required.
• Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and math skills.
• Knowledge of Accounting Principles, physician billing, and revenue cycle management.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees day-to-day administrative performance of secretarial and clinical support staff and manages staff schedules.
• Evaluates staffing needs and coordinates replacement of staff.
• Assists in the hiring process, orientation, and evaluation of staff; administers corrective action when needed.
• Manages practice budgets and payroll; monitors billing activity for revenue procedures.
