Medtronic is seeking a Surgical Onsite Specialist to provide on-site procedural support and training within a Columbus, OH territory. You will work closely with the Surgical Account Manager to drive product utilization, support case procedures, and manage equipment upgrades.

The role involves real-time troubleshooting, customer engagement, and leading training for physicians and staff, with 25% travel and potential up to 50% in peak periods.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience.
• Field-based role with ~25% travel.
• Preferred: 1+ year of OR clinical experience.
• B2B sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong computer skills: MS Office (PowerPoint, Teams).
• Valid driver’s license in any US state; travel up to 50% as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Provide real-time procedural assistance for Surgical COTs within the territory.
• Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries during on-site procedures.
• Identify and report concerns and opportunities to the SAM.
• Perform equipment and software upgrades and fleet audits.
• Lead in-service training for physicians and staff; support CE programs.
• Assist SAM with product trials, implementation, and conversions.
• Maintain accurate inventory and support base business growth.
