Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 1 year of field-based experience.
• Travel approximately 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time procedural assistance for Surgical COTs within the territory.
• Offer technical expertise and troubleshooting to ensure successful product usage.
• Lead on-site training sessions for physicians, residents, and surgical staff.
• Support SAM with product trials, implementation, and conversions.
• Maintain inventory and coordinate equipment upgrades across accounts.
