Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Surgical Onsite Specialist to provide case support and on-site training across Surgical Centers of Therapy. You will work within the greater Sacramento area, travel up to 25% of the time, and partner with the SAM to drive product adoption and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and strong communication skills; a valid driver's license and eligibility to travel within the territory are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills preferred.
• Field-based role with ~25% travel; within 50 miles of Sacramento, CA.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site procedural support for Surgical COTs within the assigned territory.
• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries during procedures and coordinate with the SAM.
• Lead training sessions for physicians, residents, and staff on product applications.
• Assist SAM with trials, implementation, and conversions; support regional product adoption strategies.
• Maintain inventory and ensure product availability for procedures.
