Medtronic in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Surgical Onsite Specialist to deliver on-site case support, training, and product implementation across Surgical Centers of Therapy. This remote role requires residence within the territory and travel to accounts, with a valid driver's license.

You will partner with the Surgical Account Manager to drive product adoption, perform equipment upgrades, lead on-site training, manage inventory, and track leads in SFDC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 1 year of field-based sales experience.
• A valid driver’s license issued in one of the 50 states and ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsabilités

• Provide real-time procedural assistance for Surgical COTs within the aligned territory.
• Act as primary point of contact for customer inquiries during on-site procedures.
• Perform equipment and software upgrades as required and conduct fleet audits.
• Lead in-service training sessions for physicians, residents and staff on surgical product applications.
• Assist SAM with product trials, implementation and conversions; provide on-site support.
• Maintain accurate inventory tracking to ensure availability for procedures.
