Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking an Endoscopy OnSite Specialist to support surgical teams and ensure equipment readiness for MIS procedures across the operating room. You will manage setup, adjustments, and timely troubleshooting for endoscopy systems while coordinating with OR staff and biomedical teams.

The role includes field-based responsibilities with travel up to 10% and a focus on maintaining high-quality patient care and service continuity.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree or equivalent certifications.
1+ year of experience in customer service, technical assistance, clinical support, sterile workflow operations, or operating room environments.
Knowledge of anatomy, surgical procedures, and instrumentation.
CRCST certification required within 6 months.
High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Prepare, manage, and maintain surgical equipment to ensure readiness before each procedure.
Support OR teams during procedures by anticipating device needs and providing equipment adjustments.
Troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime and maintain reliability.
Collaborate with surgeons, OR staff, central processing, and biomedical teams to deliver service and build relationships.
Maintain accurate documentation of procedures, equipment usage, and performance metrics.
