UCLA Health is seeking a patient support role to assist physicians and patients in the Surgical Oncology—Pancreatic Disease area. You will act as a liaison, help patients access services, and coordinate with referring physicians to ensure smooth care delivery.

The role involves handling high call volumes, understanding hospital terminology, and utilizing EPIC/CareConnect for follow-up. This position requires strong communication and empathy with diverse patient populations.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct support to physicians and patients in Surgical Oncology- Pancreatic Disease.
• Act as liaison between patients and physicians within the practice.
• Assist patients in accessing services within the health system.
• Facilitate communication with referring physicians and resources.
• Provide follow-up through telephone contact and EPIC/Care Connect.
