Job summary

UCLA Health in Santa Barbara, CA is seeking a patient service liaison to support physicians and patients in assigned primary or specialty care practices.

You will act as liaison, help patients access services within the health system, coordinate with referring physicians, and provide follow-up through telephone and EPIC/Care Connect. Salary range is $31.88 to $45.66 per hour, with a Monday–Friday 8:00 am–5:00 pm schedule.

• Capable of managing competing demands in a busy practice.
• Clear verbal communication of complex problems.
• Interact diplomatically with a diverse patient population.
• Provide coverage for Community Clinics as assigned.
• Knowledge of specialty workflows and hospital policies.
• Familiarity with authorization processes and managed care.

Responsibilities
