UCLA Health in Los Angeles is seeking a role that provides direct support to physicians and patients in the Small bowel care area. You will act as a liaison, help patients access services, and coordinate with referring physicians to ensure seamless care.

The position requires strong prioritization, relationship-building across diverse teams, and the ability to manage multiple duties while maintaining patient-centered communication.

• Act as a liaison for patients and physicians in the practice.
• Assist patients in accessing services within the health system.
• Facilitate communication with referring physicians.
• Refer patients to appropriate resources and provide follow-up via telephone and EPIC/Care Connect.
