Job summary

Qualifications

• Four years of related experience, or a Bachelor's Degree in business, healthcare administration, or related area.
• Minimum of three years of recent relevant experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience supervising clinic/center staff in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of practice operations, scheduling systems, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to train and evaluate staff, and contribute to HR decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication for reporting and collaboration.
• Knowledge of business software and data management in clinic operations.
