Job summary

Ascension is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for the St. Agnes Healthcare Surgery General team in Baltimore, MD.

This full-time, day-shift role focuses on patient advocacy, care coordination, and ensuring continuity of care across the patient journey. You will collaborate with providers, insurers, and community partners to optimize treatment plans, educate patients and staff, and coordinate follow-up services for underinsured and uninsured individuals.

Qualifications

• Maryland RN license is required.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association preferred.
• Diploma from an accredited nursing school or equivalent licensure at time of hire.

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Maryland Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) preferred.

Education

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
