United Surgical Partners International is seeking a Materials Manager to oversee inventory control and order medical supplies for the facility. The role supports the surgical team and ensures timely stocking and receiving while maintaining compliance with state standards and facility policies.

Responsibilities include quarterly inventory, processing invoices, and coordinating with administration. Ideal candidates have strong math skills, customer service background, and the ability to handle

Competenze

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Previous medical or hospital materials management experience preferred. Scrub techs welcome.
• Strong Customer Service Background.
• Strong math and counting skills required.
• Type minimum of 40 wpm preferred.
• Computer experience required (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and Excel preferred).
• Able to deal tactfully with public and other staff members.
• Must possess the ability to prioritize responsibilities and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
• Ability to stand, bend, twist, squat and lift heavy items above your head and shoulders.
• Ability to work in a clean and sterile environment.

Mansioni

• Orders and maintains all medical inventory.
• Performs Quarterly Inventory accounting.
• Checks in supplies upon arrival and delivers to appropriate location.
• Accounts for back orders and prepares required paperwork for Administrator.
• Adheres to policies and demonstrates fiscal responsibility.
• Follows peri-operative nursing standards and procedures.
