Michigan Outpatient Surgical Solutions is seeking a full-time Materials Manager to oversee inventory control, ordering, and stocking of medical supplies. You will support the surgical team and ensure supplies are available in accordance with facility policies.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Two years minimum receiving and inventory experience in a health care environment required
• Knowledge of computer inventory management systems, various software programs and medical products.
• Working knowledge of stocking and storing medical and non-medical supplies.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory control and ordering of medical supplies.
• Maintain appropriate stock levels and par levels.
• Receive and stock supplies to assigned areas.
• Support surgical team and communicate with other departments.
• Maintain and update the automated inventory system.
