Qualifications

• Three years’ experience as Materials Manager in hospital/surgery center/high-volume physician’s office advisable.
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills; client-focused.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily inventories and receiving/distribution processes.
• Coordinate operations for distribution, inventory, equipment, and records.
• Ensure accurate order information for prompt delivery and proper approvals.
• Maintain inventory levels and supplier relationships for optimal turnover.
• Track orders against packing slips and POs; verify accuracy.
