Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold LPN license and be in good standing.
• 1+ year of LPN experience preferred.
• Ability to work with high-acuity surgical patients.

Responsibilities

• Pass medications and IV piggybacks; fluids per protocol.
• Chart assessments and care plans with RN after initial assessment.
• Assist with trach care, NG tube care, ostomy care; discharge education.
