Iantrek is seeking a dynamic Surgical Glaucoma Manager to join our growing commercial team in the United States. You will drive adoption of AlloFlo Uveo and C.Rex across your territory, develop and execute business plans, and build strong relationships with ophthalmic surgeons and staff.

You will collaborate with clinical, marketing, and training teams to support surgeon onboarding, market access understanding, and helping hospitals and ASCs secure approvals.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of ophthalmic sales experience (medical devices preferred).
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to engage with surgeons on procedural and patient-care benefits.

Responsabilidades

• Drive adoption of AlloFlo Uveo and C.Rex across assigned territory.
• Develop and execute comprehensive business plan aligned with market dynamics and goals.
• Understand market access landscape and gain payer access where possible.
• Build relationships with ophthalmic surgeons and practice staff.
• Support surgeon onboarding and utilization with cross-functional teams.
