Iantrek, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Surgical Glaucoma Manager to drive adoption of AlloFlo Uveo and C.Rex across a designated territory.

You will build relationships with ophthalmic surgeons and staff, execute strategic plans, and collaborate with clinical, marketing and training teams to onboard surgeons and expand utilization. Qualificações

5+ years of ophthalmic sales experience, preferably with surgical glaucoma products.
Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong clinical acumen to discuss procedural and patient-care benefits with surgeons.
Self-starter with excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel within the territory and nationwide as needed.

Responsabilidades

Drive adoption of AlloFlo Uveo and C.Rex across the assigned territory.
Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan aligned with market dynamics.
Build and strengthen relationships with ophthalmic surgeons and practice staff.
Represent Iantrek at key congresses, wet labs, and local events.
Collaborate with clinical, marketing and training teams to support surgeon onboarding.
Maintain accurate CRM records to ensure pipeline visibility and accountability.
Deliver on sales goals while upholding the company values of trust and collaboration.
