Qualifikationen

• Current Surgical Technologist Certification from NBSTSA/NCCT/AAHA.
• Must hold CSFA, CSA or SA-C certification.
• Obtain BLS within 30 days of hire.
• Two years of progressive CST experience required.
• Three surgeon recommendations preferred.

Aufgaben

• Prepare for surgical procedures with required tools and supplies.
• Assist nurse, surgeon, anesthesiologist and CRNA during operations.
• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse.
• Assist in perioperative care under the surgeon's direction.
• Assist with instrument handling, reprocessing, and sterile technique.
• Support scheduling and documentation as needed in the OR.
