Job summary

Baxter is seeking an Associate Sales Representative to promote our full operating room capital equipment portfolio. You will build trust with doctors and nurses, represent Baxter on-site, and drive territory growth with a patient-centric approach.

You’ll travel extensively, collaborate with a team, and contribute to market expansion while delivering exceptional results. Eligible applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. with no visa sponsorship at this time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 2+ years experience or 4+ years related experience.
• Inside or field sales in healthcare or similar industry preferred.
• Medical device experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support and promote our Surgical Portfolio in your territory to meet customer needs.
• Independently formulate and implement selling strategies for intermediate complexity products by phone and on site.
• Engage with install base and existing customers for incremental purchases and pricing/delivery issues.
• Ensure clinical adoption across the portfolio via product demonstrations and in-servicing.
• Schedule and complete customer calls to meet quotas and grow the business.
• Assist with setting up product demonstrations and support site visits and events.
