Job summary

Treace is seeking a Sales Representative to expand our presence with foot and ankle surgeons. You will become an expert on Treace Medical products and support operating room teams to improve patient outcomes.

You will build new customer relationships, follow up on company leads, and drive consistent conversions while coordinating product training for surgeons in didactic and hands-on settings. Travel up to 90% locally is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of field sales experience.
• Ability to travel locally up to 90% and overnight up to 20%.
• Experience supporting surgeons in operating room environments.
• Hospital credentialing readiness and current driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Impact: become a subject matter expert on Treace Medical products and support surgeons and OR teams.
• Strategize for Growth: build new customer relationships, follow up on leads, drive conversions.
• Provide Feedback to Innovate: collaborate with marketing to improve products and user satisfaction.
• Train for Excellence: plan and execute product training for surgeons, including cadaveric sessions.
• Foster Relationships: maintain key accounts to expand market development and ensure service continuity.
