Job summary

Stryker Spine Enabling Technologies Sales Representative will promote medical device solutions, including Spine & Cranial Navigation, Imaging Systems, and Surgical Planning Software. Your primary objective is to drive revenue growth, develop customer relationships, and support surgical teams in the operating room.

This field-based role requires travel (about 50%), lifting up to 50 pounds, and on-call coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or 6 years of equivalent professional work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years in B2B or medical device sales recommended.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell medical device solutions in field.
• Drive revenue growth and develop customer relationships.
• Educate surgeons and clinical staff on product use.
• Conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings.
• Use CRM tools to analyze performance and plan growth.
