- Provide concierge-level service for surgical patients.
- Educate patients on procedures, lens options and pricing.
- Coordinate information for insurance authorizations with the financial team.
- Assist with payment plans and collect co-pays, co-insurances and deposits.
- Maintain proactive communication about insurance or scheduling updates.
- Schedule all ASC surgeries, pre- and post-operative appointments.
- Coordinate all financial and scheduling paperwork prior to surgery.
