Responsibilities

• Maintain a customized, concierge level of customer service for surgical patients.
• Educate patients on surgical procedures, lens options and pricing based on physician recommendations.
• Coordinate insurance authorizations with the financial team and obtain necessary approvals.
• Assist patients with setting up payment plans and collect co-pays, co-insurances, deposits and full amounts.
• Stay in constant communication with patients about insurance or scheduling updates.
• Schedule ASC surgeries, preoperative and post-operative appointments per physician protocols.
• Coordinate all financial and scheduling paperwork prior to surgery.
• Travel may be required.
