Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of medical experience preferred.

• Knowledge of customer service principles and patient needs assessment.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Completion of Medical Assistant/Specialist program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patients for surgery and procedures.
• Communicate preparations to patients and coordinate with Scheduling Department.
• Gather information from physicians/offices regarding special supply requests and report data.
• Demonstrate service excellence at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
