Responsibilities

• Greet patients professionally in person and on the phone.
• Answer incoming calls using the phone system.
• Set up exams for patients and manage scheduling gaps for physicians.
• Assist with administrative duties: copying, scanning, faxing, emailing.
• Maintain patient databases and update accounts.
• Refer patients to staff or physicians as needed and process referrals.
