Job summary

Responsibilities

• Schedule in all modalities within the surgery scheduling systems.
• Monitor schedules and identify compression opportunities daily.
• Proactively fill open times with surgeons’ offices and reorganize as needed.
• Maintain goals of scheduling accuracy and registration efficiency.
• Coordinate with anesthesia services and other departments for complex services.
• Enter accurate demographic and reimbursement information into the systems.
• Comply with regulatory requirements related to scheduling software.
