Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling of inpatient and outpatient surgeries and related procedures.
• Verify patient insurance coverage and obtain pre-certifications as needed.
• Prepare surgical documentation and ensure necessary equipment is ready.
• Communicate pre-operative instructions to patients and assist with post-operative care guidance.
• Maintain accurate EMR records and assist with billing-related tasks as required.
