Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in health administration or related field.

• Excellent verbal and written communication required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments ranging in complexity for existing patients.
• Obtain detailed clinical information face-to-face, by telephone or electronically.
• Provide basic information regarding insurance referrals.
• Triaging calls and directing patient flow.
• Serve as liaison between patient, family and provider.
• Open/close provider schedules and handle daily schedule changes.
• Participate in training for new hires.
