• Triages issues and answers general questions to resolve requests in real time.
• Completes patient intake for each caller and escalates as needed to New Patient Coordinator.
• Responds to emergencies using standard procedures and critical thinking.
• Acts as a liaison for patients and routes calls efficiently per triage guidelines.
• Schedules patient visits and coordinates changes for single or multiple provider appointments.
• Collects detailed clinical information and directs referrals and paperwork as needed.
