Job summary

Texas Orthopedics is hiring a Clinic Coordinator Training Specialist at the Barton Creek Austin clinic. You will design and deliver onboarding for new Coordinators, travel to multiple locations for hands-on training, and provide virtual training initiatives.

You will help implement QA checks and align procedures with clinic standards to ensure quality patient care. The role requires a High School diploma and experience in medical offices, plus strong computer skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a medical office setting.
• Proficient computer skills – Outlook and Microsoft Office.
• Previous training and auditing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and provide an onboarding training program for Clinic Coordinators, via classroom style training.
• Travel to various locations to provide transitional training for new hires within the clinic setting.
• Provide ongoing training initiatives as needed to individuals in a virtual setting.
• Conduct provider preference-based training and adaptation to workflow changes.
• Assist with QA checks for the departments and with policies and procedures.
