Job summary

Texas Orthopedics, a Division of OrthoLonestar, seeks a Service Center Administrator in Austin to oversee centralized appointment scheduling, registration specialists, and operators. This full-time exempt role reports to the Director of Patient Services and manages department functions and personnel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferable.
• Minimum five years of progressively responsible customer service positions.
• Two years supervisory experience in a call center setting preferred.
• Previous medical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling of physician schedules with coordination with physicians and management.
• Hire, train, and evaluate staff and monitor call load and schedule capacity.
• Oversee the Registration team and insure insurance verification quality.
• Ensure efficient customer service and patient interactions through staff training.
