Under the direction of the Business Office Manager, you will verify insurance, provide patient estimates, and collaborate with doctors’ offices and OR staff to resolve conflicts and ensure smooth patient flow.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• 1+ years of receptionist experience in healthcare.
• Experience in insurance verification/Scheduling
• Must have the skills necessary to operate office equipment that are required to fulfill job duties.
• Medical terminology and computer experience beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily surgery schedule and scheduling process.
• Coordinate with doctors' offices and OR staff to resolve scheduling conflicts and provide patient estimates.
