Responsibilities

• Update and maintain patient charts and share information with physicians as requested.
• Enter appointment data in databases and prepare standard documents (Word/Excel).
• Gather clinical data from external offices for charting and follow-up.
• Distribute chart information to coordinators and physicians as needed.
