Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule follow-up visits and tests
• Obtain pre-certifications and pre-authorizations as needed
• Call patients to schedule procedures and provide instructions
• Use Allscripts, Centricity Business, and paging systems to retrieve information
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information per HIPAA
