Responsibilities

• Prepare and review patient documentation for procedures and consent.
• Contact patients to review medical history and current medications.
• Update patient demographics and insurance information in the EHR.
• Assist with check-in/check-out duties on a rotation basis.
• Maintain HIPAA privacy and security at all times.
• Respond to patient questions and provide preoperative instructions.
