Job summary

The CORE Institute | HOPCo in Phoenix is seeking an experienced medical office scheduler with 1+ year in administration or clinical care. You will coordinate pre- and post-operative appointments and maintain EMR records for seamless patient flow.

Ideal candidates have CNA/MA/EMT background or office scheduling experience, with strong organizational skills and professional communication. This on-site role offers benefits and a collaborative care environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year medical office scheduling or 1–2 years administration experience.
• Clinical experience (CNA/MA/EMT) preferred, orthopedic setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedules surgeries within established timelines and creates all related pre- and post-operative appointments.
• Establishes interdepartmental communication to ensure timely and accurate scheduling.
• Maintains precise, organized records within the EMR and practice-management systems.
• Clearly communicates all clinical and surgical process instructions to patients.
• Ensures all systems and teams are updated with edited, cancelled, or rescheduled cases.
• Other duties as assigned.
