Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling of surgical procedures between physicians, OR time, anesthesia, and departments.
• Schedule and update future OR allocations; notify providers of changes.
• Obtain lab work, X-rays, and H&P as applicable.
• Process patient charges and ensure proper coding and revenue entry.
• Answer, screen, triage, and manage incoming calls; assist providers and patients.
• Operate and maintain office equipment and manage inventory/supply orders.
