Responsibilities

• Maintains the surgery schedule and coordinates with providers and offices.

• Communicates arrival and procedure times in detail.
• Answers patient questions with professional, empathetic communication.
• Works with subspecialty teams to ensure necessary implants and supplies.
• Assists with cancellations by noting reasons and sharing pertinent information.
• May learn billing and auditor roles.
