• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of experience in patient registration and insurance processes.
• Substitution: education and related experience may substitute on a year-for-year basis.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient visits and enter data in Epic.
• Determine need for insurance pre-authorization and mail information packets.
• Obtain referrals and authorizations for clinic encounters, procedures, and surgeries.
• Preauthorize procedures and surgeries.
