The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas seeks a GRAD MED EDU PROG COORD I, Surgery to manage GME fellowship programs within the Department of Surgery. The role emphasizes administrative leadership, organization, and confidentiality with a strong customer service focus.

Ideal candidates demonstrate proactive problem solving, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to work with residents, fellows, and faculty.

Formación

• Associate's Degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or related field.
• Two years of related experience or 60 semester hours may substitute for an Associate's Degree.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred for enhanced responsibilities.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and facilitate all aspects of the GME program in Surgery.
• Maintain program records, databases, and accreditation documentation.
• Assist with fellow recruitment, onboarding, and visa requirements.
• Support program leadership with quality improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate evaluations, scheduling, and data entry.
