Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operations of one or more GME programs.
• Coordinate recruitment, selection, onboarding for residents/fellows.
• Ensure compliance with visa, licensure, credentialing requirements.
• Organize conferences, didactic sessions, wellness activities and events.
• Prepare and maintain accreditation documentation and program records.
• Serve as liaison between Program Director, faculty, residents, and offices.
