The position requires 3 years in a medical setting, MA/LPN/RN or CPOE training with certification within 12 months, plus knowledge of EMR scheduling and payor requirements.

This position arranges for referrals to other providers when required, and provides information and education to patients, providers, and insurance companies as needed.
