Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule surgeries and coordinate with patients and providers.
• Follow up on no-shows and cancellations.
• Counsel patients pre-operatively about procedures and costs.
• Prepare and process pre-operative testing and consent forms.
• Maintain EMR documentation and inventory of patient education materials.
• Communicate with clerical supervisors about schedules and pre-op testing.
• Travel between Weslaco, Mission, Edinburg, and Harlingen as needed.
