Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling of procedures per policy and physician availability.
• Communicate with surgeon's office, anesthesia, and inventory to ensure readiness.
• Schedule surgeries and procedures with staff and block times.
• Maintain and distribute accurate schedules.
• Provide patients with arrival times and general instructions.
• Assist with add-ons and respond to interruptions professionally.
• Maintain patient confidentiality in all communications.
