Job summary

Revo Health is seeking a Patient Services Representative at the Edina, MN location. The role focuses on patient registration, check-in, and administrative support with a strong emphasis on customer service.

Full-time, on-site position with shift starting early morning and potential extended hours for coverage at the Edina Specialty Surgery Center. Knowledge of medical terminology and CPR/BLS is preferred.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required for front desk duties.
• Medical terminology knowledge is preferred for accurate charting.
• CPR/BLS certification must be current or completed on hire.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register surgery patients and collect insurance information.
• Verify patient insurance is up to date and enter patient data in system.
• Support pre-op calls, scheduling, and chart preparation for upcoming procedures.
