Job summary

Revo/ i-Health is seeking a Patient Services Representative for our White Bear Lake site. The role handles patient registration, check-in, and basic clinical support, with scheduled shifts Mon-Thu 6:45 AM–5:00 PM and Fri 6:45 AM–12:00 PM.

Essential functions include greeting patients, collecting payments, verifying insurance, and scheduling in the practice management system. Prior experience in medical office settings is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Customer Service experience required.
• Administrative or Medical Office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients; collect payments and insurance information.
• Verify and document insurance information per current business practices.
• Schedule patients accurately in the practice management system.
• Communicate appointment details, directions, and copayments to patients.
• Prepare and manage charts and stay current with health plan requirements.
• Coordinate switchboard duties, interpreters, and referrals as needed.
• Follow additional duties such as cleaning, laundry, rooming patients, and prep.
