Job summary

Revo Health is seeking a Patient Services Representative – MRI to handle patient registration, check-in and clinical support while coordinating prior authorizations for imaging benefits. This part-time role (0.3 FTE) operates Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM at the Edina Crosstown MRI location.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, customer service experience, and familiarity with medical office procedures; prior authorization experience is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience required.
• Administrative or medical office experience preferred.
• Insurance prior authorization experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients; collect payments and insurance info.
• Verify insurance information per current practices.
• Schedule new and existing patients in the practice management system.
• Communicate appointment details and directions to patients.
• Initiate and follow up on prior authorization for imaging.
