PetVet Care Centers' VRCC Veterinary Specialty & Emergency Hospital in Englewood, Colorado is seeking a Surgery Care Coordinator to support a high-performing team. You will handle administrative tasks, patient and client communication, and coordination within a busy veterinary hospital.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Veterinary experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in person, on the phone, and in stressful situations.
• Manage lobby flow, address concerns, calm distressed clients, and schedule appointments.
• Handle basic medical emergencies for pets and owners, ensuring safety and well-being.
• Assist with medication pickups, inquiries, and provide information about services and products.
• Input and manage data in practice management software, including billing and accounts.
• Assist with retail sales, weigh pets, process faxes, and maintain records.
• Reconcile cash drawer and perform end-of-day duties.
