This role provides administrative and client service support, aligning with Veterinary Receptionist-style responsibilities in a high-performing hospital.

You’ll manage lobby flow, schedule appointments, assist with basic medical emergencies, process billing and data entry, and support retail services.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED required, or equivalent.
• Customer service experience required.
• Experience in veterinary settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service in person, over the phone, and in stressful situations.
• Manages lobby flow, schedules appointments, and addresses client concerns.
• Assists with basic medical emergencies and patient handling.
• Handles medication pickups and provides service information.
• Inputs data in practice management software and handles billing tasks.
• Supports retail sales and maintains records.
• Reconciles cash drawer and performs end-of-day procedures.
