TRUNO Retail Technology Solutions is seeking a Support Technician responsible for handling customer support calls, guiding troubleshooting steps, and helping customers achieve their software goals. You’ll work with internal teams to share fixes and expand knowledge base.

The role emphasizes excellent communication, multi-tasking, and the ability to work with POS systems and networking concepts while delivering professional support across scheduled shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 3 years in customer service and 1+ year in a call center.
• Familiarity with networking and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to external and internal customers.
• Maintain ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Interact with store employees and managers over the phone to resolve issues.
• Provide support to service technicians and collaborate to resolve problems.
• Expand the types of issues you can resolve unassisted.
• Respond to calls in a timely manner according to SLAs.
• Provide service, support, installation, and training to customers.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
